Engineered a two-way communication bridge between WhatsApp Business API and Slack using Node.js and Firebase Cloud Functions, allowing support agents to manage customer queries directly from Slack.
Developed "Re-engagement" features by creating custom Slack UI components (buttons and modals) that allow agents to send pre-approved WhatsApp Template messages to customers outside the standard 24-hour service window.
Managed backend security and deployment, handling Meta Graph API permissions, Firebase secrets, and resolving production authentication errors.
Built robust media handling services to enable the seamless transfer of images and documents between WhatsApp and Slack.
